Valentine’s Renewal of Marriage Vows

Valentine Day was celebrated in a more Christian way at the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace. Married couples were invited to renew their marriage vows on that day. At 6:00 in the evening, a Holy Sacrifice of the Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Wilfredo Z. Cabrera, OMI parochial vicar. He also witnessed the renewal of marriage vows of the members of the Family and Life Ministry and other Catholic married couples from the different basic ecclesial communities. About a hundred couples renewed their wedding promises over their lighted candles and exchanged wedding rings. The Mass gave a very meaningful homily where he hoped the renewal of the marriage vows will strengthen their relationship and their love for their children.

The Mass was followed by socialization and ballroom dancing at the parish gymnasium
