PAGBUBUNGA AT PAGTITIWALA

May isang bagay na mas mahirap kitain sa buhay kaysa sa pera… Ito ay ang pagtitiwala. One has to earn the trust of the others while there are people who give their trust easily; still we need to build up an image which would earn us that much treasured confidence and trust of other people. And life and people ca be cruel - isang pagkakamali mo ay nawawala na ang pagtitiwala sa iyo ng mga tao.

Love is always tempered with respect and trust. Indeed, they always go together. And human dignity is something which we measure by the same: on how other trust and respect us.

God loves us. He respects our humanity and our being his sons and daughters. He trusts us so much so that He has bestowed on us, He gave us talents not only for us to shine but also for God to be one source of all blessings. And blessings and fulfillment and meaning in being shared and given to others.

Humanity is kaleidoscope of gifts and talents. We are delighted to see people who are gifted with good singing voices joining church choirs and singing for the Lord.Sometimes, even if one cannot sing and for as long as he open his mouth, he can be admitted. That’s what we call apostolate of presence in itself is a gift which one can share. I remember a parish choir composed of eight people. And I could actually hear twelve voices! See how God woks?

Young boys who are ordinary bent on spending free time playing and hanging around to serve the church by being acolytes. They may seem to be playing small roles but they mean so much to the church . And the young people gathered every Sunday for the Legion if Mary meeting—Listening to them is indescribable delight! How they visit sick, their experience in the city jail, their house visitations checking on couples whose unions  are yet blessed in the church. Makakalimutan mong nakaikot na ng dalawang beses ang secret bag pero wala pa ring laman. Never mind. For as long as Able to perform the corporal works of mercy.

These small miracles in the life of church of worthiness of the trust of God. Maraming kakayahan at kabbutihang ipinagkaloob at ipinagkaloob at ipinglatiwala sa atin ng Diyos at ang lahat ng ito ay kinakailangan maibahagi at magbunga. God sows the seed of goodness in use. He constantly nourishes it with the Grace of His word and the sacraments. We water it with prayer  and sacrifice. Then we harvest its fruits and share them with others, Only them can we claim that we been worthy of his trust.

Kaybuti ng Diyos at kaydali sa Kanyang ipinapakitang pagtitiwala — nawa’y maging mabunga rin at magiging mabubga rin tayo at maging karapat-dapat sa kanyang pagpapala!
