Thanksgiving Mass For the 50th Foundation of Caloocan

On February 17, 2012 Friday at 6:00 P.M. a Thanksgiving Mass for the 50th Foundation of the City of Caloocan was held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace attended by the City Mayor Atty. Enrico "Recom" Echiverri, City Officials, Dept. Heads, Barangay Officials and faithful of the parish grace the event.

The City Mayor stressed in his message that on the 50th year of Caloocan City, Our Lady of Grace Parish became a Shrine.

There were guests bishops and priests from nearby parishes as well as group of musicians who provided music and songs before the mass. The Musica Chiesa (Kyesa) from Ateneo rendered catholic hyms and a well-known inspirational singer Miss Jamie Rivera sang a couple of songs during the liturgy. Parishioners from different barangays were treated with a free dinner after the mass.
